1 can pumpkin pie filling
Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the brown sugar to the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the can of pumpkin, the beaten eggs, milk and the half and half. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate lined with an unbaked pie crust. Cook in a preheated 450oF oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350oF and cook for an additional 50 minutes or until the pumpkin filling has set.
